Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional in Metro Manila to lead demand and supply planning. You will develop forecasts, optimize inventory, and ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.

You will head the S&OP process, drive improvements in planning systems, and mentor the Merchandising team to meet operational goals. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in relevant roles with 1+ year in management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, merchandising, or supply chain.
• At least 1 year in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans based on sales trends, seasonality, and business requirements.
• Manage supply planning, replenishment, and inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor inventory performance, forecast accuracy, stock availability, and other planning KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive continuous improvements in planning systems and processes.
• Manage and develop the Merchandising team to achieve operational and business objectives.
