Job summary

ZUS Coffee Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize our operations. You will analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to forecast demand and coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to balance stock in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities include inventory planning, safety stock calculations, and cross‑functional collaboration to implement and maintain demand and supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job description

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to generate short- and long-term forecasts
• Supply & Inventory Planning: Monitor stock levels, calculate safety stock, and coordinate WH or procurement schedules to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain demand and supply plans.
• Performance Tracking: Measure forecast accuracy, monitor out-of-stock (OOS) metrics, and track supplier performance
• Record Keeping: Maintain audit-ready tracking logs, documents.
• Process Optimization: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and refine planning models using data insights
• Risk Management identify supply chain risk and create a risk mitigation plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree but Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management is a plus,
• With experience in import/export documentation is a plus.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in ERP systems.
