Job summary

Concentrix in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Supervisor for Controls and Compliance to oversee audits, monitor risk, and manage security investigations. The role involves reporting to stakeholders, coordinating responses to incidents, and ensuring timely training completion.

The ideal candidate will lead audits, drive proactive mitigation, and support Escalations while maintaining strong compliance practices in a global technology services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess compliance, monitor risk indicators, and drive proactive mitigation efforts.
• Support client escalations and lead investigation activities.
• Prevent fraudulent activities and ensure timely response to security incidents.
• Prepare and present audit, risk, and compliance reports to stakeholders.
• Complete all assigned mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.
