Job summary

Concentrix CVG Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Supervisor, IT Operations to lead asset management and infrastructure support within the TCF team. You will oversee asset tracking, team supervision, and process improvements to optimize utilization and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff training, policy compliance, and regular reporting to management. This is a full-time, on-site position at Spark Place in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking and Management: Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.
