OceanaGold Corporation is seeking a Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation (Projects) for the Didipio mine in the Philippines. The role leads electrical construction crews and supervises instrumentation works supporting major site upgrades.

You will ensure safe execution, on schedule and within budget, with strict adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial electrical/instrumentation projects and relevant certifications.

Job Description

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company’s only asset that produces both gold and copper.Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support themine.

Join our Projects team and play akey role in delivering critical electrical and instrumentation works that support major site upgrades. Reporting to the Construction Coordinator, you will lead and supervise electrical construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required qualitystandards.

• Lead and supervise electrical and instrumentation construction crews.


• Promote astrong safety culture and ensure compliance with site HSE standards andprocedures.


• Monitor construction progress and provide regular project updates andreports.


• Ensure works are completed in accordance with design specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.


• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handoveractivities.


• Maintain accurate project records, timesheets, and construction documentation.


• Support workforce planning and collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve projectobjectives.

Qualifications

What We’re LookingFor

• NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.


• Registered Master Electrician (RME).


• Valid Professional Driver’sLicense.


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation projects.


• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, drawings, and the Philippine ElectricalCode.


• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with INX systems is advantageous.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering isdesirable.
