Job summary

Forever Flawless Face and Body Center, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an IT Lead to supervise and train the IT team, manage day-to-day operations at head office, and provide technical support to onsite and remote staff.

You will install, update, and maintain network equipment, servers, databases, and security tools, and troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, at least 3 years in technical support, plus 2 years in a supervisory role, strong English communication,

Qualifications

• Graduate of technical/ IT-related courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
• Preferably 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows operating system.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and oversee IT personnel, technology, and services.
• Day-to-day supervision of Head office and IT teams providing technical support to onsite and remote employees.
• Install, updates, tests, and maintain network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology; assist troubleshooting of complex problems.
• Analyze existing computer systems and recommend upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain essential IT operations including OS, security tools, applications, servers, email, firewall, network, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Install office internet, landline and access points.
• Laptop repair and troubleshooting; software installation.
• Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics; security of IT peripherals.
• Inventory of all IT assets.

• Day-to-day supervision of the company's Head office and IT Teams in providing technical support to both onsite and remote employees
• Installs, updates, tests, and maintains network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology. Assists with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.

• Preferably with at least 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must have good oral and written English communication skills
