Responsibilities

• Supervise project operations, including manpower, vehicles, tools, equipment, and client coordination.
• Manage team workflow, schedules, task assignments, and overall team performance.
• Supervise assembly, repair, installation, and wiring of electromechanical and electrical equipment per drawings.
• Oversee oil filtration, purification, degasification, and regeneration of oil-filled equipment.
• Supervise SF6 removal, vacuuming, purification, and refilling of switchgear.
• Conduct and supervise testing and commissioning of electrical power, control, and protection equipment in substations, power plants, and process plants.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of electrical control circuits, protective relays, and other electrical systems.
• Operate testing equipment per procedures; analyze results and prepare test and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and site requirements, including toolbox meetings.
• Communicate project status, team performance, and operational concerns to the Department Head.
• Address employee and client concerns professionally and ensure service expectations are met.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
