Tan Delta Electric Corporation is seeking an experienced Registered Electrical Engineer to conduct testing and commissioning of electrical control and protection systems across substations, power plants, and process facilities. You will perform relay tests, troubleshoot equipment, and prepare detailed reports while ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical control and protection systems in substations, power plants, and process plants.
Perform functional, primary/secondary injection, end-to-end, impedance, stability, and other relay testing.
Test and troubleshoot electrical power equipment, control circuits, and protective relaying systems.
Set up and operate testing equipment according to approved procedures, standards, and safety requirements.
Analyze test results and provide technical assistance and solutions during testing and commissioning.
Prepare test reports, documentation, and other project-related records.
Assist in project planning, scoping, and technical activities as part of the project team.
Train and guide subordinates on testing procedures, test equipment operation, and interpretation of results.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients when required.
Ensure proper handling and accountability of tools, test equipment, and company vehicles during site activities.
Attend toolbox meetings and strictly follow company and site safety rules.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
