Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a diligent Success Engineer to configure and maintain client environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth onboarding for Riskonnect, ClearSight, and Ventiv platforms.

You will document solutions, support data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide best practices in integrated risk management. On-site work is required with strong stakeholder communication."

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms, preferably in risk management or related domains.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Knowledge of risk management, insurance, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work on-site in a team environment, and deliver high-quality client support.
• Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and basic scripting or query languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand existing and desired business processes.
• Work with customer stakeholders to identify workflow needs, platform usage gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to solve problems across multiple customer stakeholders.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of the application platform through workflow guidance, automation opportunities, proactive monitoring, and integration recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design documentation.
• Prioritize deliverables in coordination with customer stakeholders and internal resources.
• Deliver high-quality documentation of client requirements and design specifications for implementation.
• Produce deliverables on Salesforce and secondary platforms including Adobe, Conga, Insights, IBM Cognos, and Crystal Reports.
• Provide training tailored to customer-specific configuration and business requirements through remote or in-person sessions.
• Participate in status calls and manage escalations and expectations for customers and stakeholders.
• Work with Product Development, Data Services, Analytics, and other teams to support customer outcomes.

The Success Engineer (Riskonnect, ClearSight, & Ventiv) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, focused on supporting clients in their use of Riskonnect and related platforms. This role includes configuring and maintaining application environments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. The Success Engineer works closely with customers to understand their requirements, optimize system usage, and support data integrity, reporting, and workflow processes. Daily activities may also involve documenting solutions, assisting with product enhancements, and providing guidance on best practices for integrated risk management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Discovery and Business Process Review

Platform Guidance and Solution Design

• Assist clients in optimizing their use of the application platform through workflow guidance, automation opportunities, proactive monitoring, and integration recommendations.

• Prioritize deliverables in coordination with customer stakeholders and internal resources.

Documentation and Implementation Support

• Deliver high-quality documentation of client requirements and design specifications for implementation.
• Produce deliverables on the primary Salesforce.com platform, including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation, and unit test plans.
• Produce deliverables or specifications on secondary platforms, including Adobe, Conga, Insights, IBM Cognos, and Crystal Reports.

Training and Customer Enablement

• Deliver training tailored to customer-specific configuration and business requirements through remote or in-person sessions.
• Participate in customer status calls and provide updates on requirements, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
• Manage escalations and expectations for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Data Services, Analytics, and other internal departments to support customer outcomes.
• Use strong active listening, follow-up, and time management to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate work.

MUST-HAVES

• At least 2 years of technical work experience creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Experience translating business requirements into written technical specifications.
• Knowledge of database design and platform configuration concepts to support optimal customer design solutions.
• Background in integrated risk management, safety, healthcare, or a related platform-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis tools, issue resolution techniques, and industry-relevant factors.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Strong active listening, follow-up, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work.

GOOD-TO-HAVES

• At least 2 years of experience in risk management, safety, or healthcare.
• Experience with Adobe, Conga, Insights, IBM Cognos, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering customer training, implementation documentation, configuration support, or workflow consulting.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce experience (for Salesforce)
• Salesforce Administrator certification (for Salesforce)
