ACCIONA is hiring a Subcontracts Administrator for the Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role focuses on administering subcontract modifications, reporting on status and performance, and ensuring compliance with terms and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, has any quantity surveying/subcontract administration exposure, and demonstrates strong English proficiency to coordinate with project teams and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in quantity surveying and/or subcontract administration is desirable but not essential.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer subcontract modifications and amendments.
• Communicate with project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports on subcontract status, performance and compliance.
• Monitor subcontractor invoices/payments for terms and budget compliance.
• Interpret drawings/contract docs to value completed work with guidance.
• Work independently, applying judgment and proposing solutions to the department manager.
• Maintain organized, methodical approach to tasks and seek continuous learning.
• Support project management, finance and procurement on subcontract matters.
