ACCIONA is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator for the Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. You will administer subcontract modifications, liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitor invoices to ensure compliance with terms and budget.

You will prepare reports on subcontract status, performance and compliance, reference drawings and contract documents, and apply organized, analytical thinking to independently complete tasks while supporting project

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in quantity surveying and/or subcontract administration is desirable, but not essential.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Administer subcontract modifications and amendments.
• Communicate effectively across the project team and with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports on subcontract status, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders and management.
• Monitor subcontractor invoices and payments to ensure compliance with terms and budget constraints.
• Refer to drawings and contract documents to understand work scopes and rights/obligations.
