Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is hiring a Subcontracts Administrator for the Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. You will administer subcontract modifications, monitor invoices, and prepare status reports for management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and English proficiency; experience in quantity surveying or subcontract administration is desirable but not essential. This on-site role supports a global infrastructure program and offers opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract modifications and amendments as needed.
• Communicate effectively across the project team and with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports on subcontract status, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders and management.
• Monitor subcontractor invoices and payments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and budget constraints.
• Demonstrates an understanding of specific work scopes by referring to drawings and other contract documents and has knowledge of the rights and obligations of all parties involved.
• Works independently on assigned tasks, applying judgment and critical thinking to problems encountered, and presenting a range of potential solutions to the department manager.
• Adopts an organized and methodical approach to assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Supports project management, finance, and procurement teams in subcontract-related matters.

Job Description

• Administer subcontract modifications and amendments as needed.
• Communicate effectively across the project team and with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports on subcontract status, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders and management.
• Monitor subcontractor invoices and payments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and budget constraints.
• Demonstrates an understanding of specific work scopes by referring to drawings and other contract documents and has knowledge of the rights and obligations of all parties involved. Able to accurately value completed work within the scope, with guidance provided when necessary
• Works independently on assigned tasks, applying judgment and critical thinking to problems encountered, and presenting a range of potential solutions to the department manager
