• Prioritize issues, triage bugs, and contribute to incident/outage workflows.
• Draft clear bug reports and coordinate with partner groups for resolution.
• Suggest experience improvements and self-service solutions to boost productivity.
• Link patterns in Zendesk tickets and maintain UX Jira space health.
• Ensure high-quality technical support and align with Netflix UX strategy.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve user journey experiences.
