Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University is seeking a Pupil Aide III to support the safety, well-being, and daily needs of students at the grade level assigned. The role emphasizes health, hygiene, and orderly conduct within the school environment.

The successful candidate will assist with classroom materials, activity setup, and coordination of student routines, under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. A Bachelor’s degree and school settings experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate tactfully and sensitively with students, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and well-being of assigned grade level students.
• Attends to students’ health, hygiene, and personal needs; accompanies to clinic and records visits.
• Assists students with proper use of washrooms, hand washing, and cleanup after incidents.
• Monitors availability of soap and toilet paper and coordinates replenishment with Maintenance.
• Collects items from Information Office and delivers to students as needed.
• Reminds and enforces recess guidelines; ushers students to designated areas during schedules.
• Assists faculty with classroom materials and activity setup; helps bulletin boards in lounges.
• Performs other work-related tasks as required by supervisor.
