Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring: track attendance and assessment submissions to identify students needing intervention.
• One-on-one coaching: provide personalized mentoring focused on goal setting and overcoming academic barriers.
• Support coordination: schedule and align tutoring, workshops, or study groups to meet student needs.
