Job summary

GUS Education India (GEI) is seeking a Senior Associate for Student Advisory Services to drive lead conversion and student recruitment for INUNI brands. The role emphasizes research, approach, assessment, and turning leads into applications with a results-driven mindset.

The position is in-office and reports to the CoE Lead University Services, collaborating with the Head of Sales and the University Services team to align policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong organizational and consultative sales skills required.
• Ability to create urgency and close sales effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales goals (applications/ deposits).
• Introduce offers/discounts to students.
• Cross-sell products to increase conversion and revenue.
• Provide consultations to suggest the best programme to students.
• Handle incoming and make outgoing sales calls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage leads and communications.
