Job summary

GUS Education India (GEI) is seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to manage leads from INUNI marketing campaigns, research and engage prospective students, assess fit, and generate interest with precision and attention to detail.

Based in the team, you will report to a Team Lead, collaborate with Head of Sales and INUNI, and contribute to achieving enrolments through consultative sales, offering the right programs and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Fluent English, strong organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to create urgency and close sales with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals: Applications, deposits.
• Introduce offers/discounts to students.
• Cross-sell products to increase sale/revenue.
• Support multiple brands.
• Consult with students to recommend best programmes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls.
• Email communication when required.
• Maintain and nurture the opportunity pipeline.
