Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a Student Mentor in Manila to inspire and guide students through their studies, helping them overcome challenges and achieve certifications like A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+. You will deliver senior support sessions, offer one-on-one coaching, and mentor groups to boost exam confidence and progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional certifications are a plus.
• IT experience is essential — you must have a professional IT background, with hands-on IT experience highly desirable.
• CompTIA certifications are a strong advantage, particularly A+, Network+, Security+, and/or CySA+.
• Excellent English communication and mentoring skills, with experience in education, training, teaching, or supporting learners highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM data management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and urgent tasks.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and student support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver senior support sessions to help students overcome challenges with course content.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to keep students motivated and progressing.
• Guide students through course completion and support them in achieving CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications.
• Facilitate small-group exam preparation sessions to strengthen knowledge and build exam confidence.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide proactive guidance and support where needed.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide ongoing encouragement, accountability, and career-focused support throughout their learning journey.

Work setup
