Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated student support assistant to mentor and engage students after school, focusing on emotional, social, and well-being development in Bedok Reservoir Road, Singapore.

You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and community partners to monitor progress, deliver effective programs, and maintain records in compliance with safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student engagement, youth work, social services, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise after-school engagement activities to foster student participation and growth
• Monitor student progress and provide tailored support to address individual needs
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about students’ progress and participation

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Adhere to school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality, and data protection procedures
• Perform other student-related duties as assigned by the school
