Job summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is seeking an Admissions & Customer Support Associate to assist student inquiries, coordinate enrollments, and support recruitment activities at our Ortigas campus in Pasig.

This on-site role suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, data entry, reports, and teamwork with Admissions and Registrar. You will handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, chat, and email, track leads, assist during orientations and events, and help

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
• At least 6 months-1 year experience in customer service, front desk / admissions, marketing or admin support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a client-facing role

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, chat, and email inquiries about MFI programs
• Provide accurate and courteous information to students and parents
• Coordinate closely with Admissions and Registrar for application concerns
• Record inquiries and leads in the marketing database
• Monitor applicant progress and follow up with relevant teams
• Prepare daily and weekly inquiry and enrollment reports
• Assist during orientations, open houses, and promotional events
• Help manage registrations, booths, materials, and logistics
• Support communication campaigns via email and digital channels
• Maintain organized files of inquiry forms and correspondence
• Perform encoding, scanning, and documentation tasks
• Carry out other related tasks assigned by the Department Manager
