Job summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Marketing Associate (Field Marketing & Partnerships) to support outreach, promotions, and partnership coordination across the Marketing & Sales department.

This on-site role involves regular fieldwork, school visits, and collaboration with external partners to drive student recruitment, program promotion, and institutional engagements, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Willing and able to perform regular fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote MFI programs and outreach events.
• Support orientations, roadshows, career fairs, and marketing events.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal units for smooth execution.
• Assist in preparing presentations, outreach materials, and reports.
• Maintain records of leads, partner contacts, and outcomes.
• Represent MFI professionally during meetings, visits, and activities.
• Support other Marketing & Sales initiatives as assigned.
