Job summary

Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd – KSA branch is seeking a CAD Drafter/BIM Specialist, based in Mandaluyong, to handle CAD drafting and BIM modeling for civil and structural disciplines. You will work closely with Design Engineers and ensure accuracy in construction documents while adhering to BIM standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to manage design changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• CAD drafting and detailing and knowledge on BIM modelling for C&S discipline.
• Work under the direction of Design Engineer and CAD/BIM Job Captain.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on the updated drawings of other disciplines.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges.
• Strictly follow Organization BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Print drawing sets for the professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Coordination Meetings.
• Export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
• Maintain high level of communication and good writing skills.
• Leverage AutoCAD/BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.

Qualifications

• Be well‑versed and knowledgeable on BIM platform such as Autodesk Revit.
• Be well‑versed in AutoCAD for drafting, detailing, drawing linkage and clean up.
• Be knowledgeable in Design Review platform such as Autodesk Navisworks for collaboration with professional staff.
• Have a general understanding of interoperability between softwares used to accomplish own discipline tasks.
