Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to oversee design and construction of vertical structures in the Philippines.

You will ensure safety, durability, and code compliance for residential and commercial buildings and related projects. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a registered PE (Civil/Structural), and preferably a postgraduate degree with ASEP membership.

Qualifications

• With at least 1-3 years of experience in the Structural Design and Investigation for Vertical Structures (i.e. residential and commercial buildings), Real Estate Construction Management, Building Construction, and Design.
• Should be a Registered Engineer (Civil Engineer - Structural Engineer).
• Preferably with Post-Graduate degree and ASEP member

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design, planning and construction of buildings and bridges, ensuring safety and durability.
• Plan and conduct independent work evaluating engineering techniques, procedures, methods and criteria.
• Devise new approaches, prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor compliance with codes.
