Job summary

Smarthouse Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and ensure the safety of residential, commercial, and prefabricated structures. You will prepare plans, calculations, and coordinate with architects and engineers to meet codes and project specs.

The role demands 5–10 years of relevant experience, a PRC license, and proficiency in AutoCAD and major structural software.

Qualifications

5–10 years of solid experience in structural engineering and design.
Extensive experience in design and analysis of beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and shear walls.
Familiar with NSCP and Philippine building codes.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and prefabricated buildings.
Prepare structural plans, drawings, details, and design calculations.
Review drawings to ensure structural requirements are integrated.
Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, site engineers, and project teams.
Inspect project sites and assess structural conditions and compliance.
Provide technical solutions to structural and construction-related issues.
Review materials, shop drawings, and construction details.
Ensure designs comply with NSCP and applicable codes and standards.
Conduct site inspections and recommend modifications.
