Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to monitor land development and housing construction activities, ensuring tasks meet approved plans, specs, and schedules. You will inspect daily work and report progress to the Site Supervisor.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage punch lists, monitor utilities, and help uphold safety and environmental standards on site, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered civil engineer.
• 2–3 years of horizontal development experience is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel).
• Proficient in design and engineering tools (AutoCAD).
• Good management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction, ensuring tasks meet approved plans, specifications, targets, and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to targets and generate progress reports.
• Address and monitor project concerns such as punch lists, unit rectifications, and show village maintenance.
• Assist the Site Supervisor in implementing environmental and safety requirements on site.
