Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a BIM Detailer to develop accurate 3D BIM models and detailed documentation for structural steel projects in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with engineers and fabricators to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards.

You will prepare shop and erection drawings, interpret structural plans, and incorporate revisions while maintaining organized BIM records for fabrication use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or related field.
• Experience in structural steel detailing or BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD or similar BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for structural steel projects.
• Prepare shop, fabrication, and erection drawings and related docs.
• Interpret structural drawings, plans and specifications.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, complete, and coordinated with other disciplines.
• Incorporate revisions and project changes into BIM models and drawings.
• Check models/drawings for clashes before fabrication or installation.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and fabricators to resolve detailing concerns.
• Prepare material take-offs and BOMs for fabrication.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and BIM documentation.
• Support project team in resolving technical issues related to detailing.
