Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• Experience in structural steel detailing, BIM modeling, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of structural steel components, connections, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Proficient in BIM and structural detailing software such as Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
• Able to read and interpret structural drawings, engineering plans, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for structural steel projects based on designs and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, fabricators, and other stakeholders to resolve detailing concerns.
• Perform model and drawing checks to identify discrepancies, clashes, and detailing issues before fabrication or installation.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and client requirements.
