Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within the fintech ecosystem, focusing on data transformation and governance from initiation to close.

You will drive cross-functional workstreams with Business Heads, Product, Delivery, and external partners, ensuring milestones, budgets, and EBITDA impact are achieved on time.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of PM/strategy execution experience in Fintech/Banking/Tech.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional transformation projects.
• Certifications in PM (PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data transformation and ensure timely and accurate reporting of data.
• Manage pillar's portfolio of strategic transformation projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and EBITDA impact.
• Lead project kickoffs, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional workstreams, coordinating Business Heads, Product, Delivery, WealthTech, and external partners.
• Track project progress via weekly standups, dashboards, and status reports.
• Identify and escalate blockers, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews on completed projects, documenting lessons learned.
• Provide monthly project portfolio updates to Strategy & Transformation Head.
• Enforce rigorous project management discipline (clear owners, RACI matrices, risk registers).
• Ensure strategic projects hit their projected EBITDA targets (validates business cases post-launch).

We are looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy Execution, or Management Consulting within Fintech, Banking, or Technology.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills - certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) preferred.
• Strategic business acumen - understanding of financial services and fintech business models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
