Job summary

GCash is seeking a qualified professional to join our Technology & Operations team in the Philippines. You will manage portfolios, align activities with strategic objectives, and communicate plans across tribes to maintain clear direction.

You will identify dependencies, report on portfolio health, and collaborate on risk mitigation with senior leadership. A background in IT, CS, or software engineering is preferred with agile experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; postgraduate/MBA in project management or related field preferred.
• Experience of managing complex project and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives.
• Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
• Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.
