Job summary

The Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustaiable Transformation, Inc. is seeking a proactive role to lead product incubation, design GTM strategies, and drive innovation within flagship programs in the Philippines.

You will develop roadmaps from ideation to execution, perform market research, feasibility studies, and help scale sustainable initiatives across programs, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Innovation, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years in product development, fundraising, innovation, or business strategy.
• Strong understanding of product management, GTM strategies, and revenue diversification.
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies and execute innovative initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in piloting and scaling new programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Product, Venture, and Flagship Program Development.
• Lead the incubation and conceptualization of new initiatives and other innovative revenue streams.
• Develop a product roadmap to guide the lifecycle of new offerings from ideation to execution.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the growth and expansion of flagship programs, ensuring innovation and long-term sustainability.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
• Design and implement pilot programs to test and refine new concepts before full-scale rollout.
