Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
• Develop strategic recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, and other metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor progress toward goals
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input to drive long-term growth and success
