Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 8–10 years in business development, strategy or expansion.
• Experience in site acquisition, expansion or feasibility studies.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/clinic/HMO or medical services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and location analyses for sites.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses.
• Evaluate clinic locations based on demand, demographics, accessibility, and viability.
• Build relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and agencies.
• Support site acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to long-term expansion and growth strategy.
• Analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
