Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University seeks a Data and Systems Head to lead governance and analytics for its advancement information and reporting capabilities. You will guide data-driven decision making to support donor development, alumni engagement, and fundraising across multiple campuses.

The role oversees information assets, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with senior leaders to align priorities and workforce planning for sustained readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in information management, data governance, analytics, reporting, or related areas.
• Three to five (3–5) years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in governance, reporting and analytics, and information management.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, fundraising, or alumni relations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for strategic direction of advancement information, reporting, and analytics to support donor development and engagement.
• Oversee governance standards and stewardship of advancement data assets and systems.
• Direct management and continuous improvement of advancement information assets and sources.
• Lead generation and enhancement of reporting and analytics for decision support.
• Advise on information priorities and promote data-informed decision making across the organization.
• Coordinate with leadership to set performance standards and manage workforce planning for the section.
• Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
