Xillium Professional Services is seeking an Analytics Architect to define how the company measures its workforce and to own the design and capture requirements. You will guide the Analytics team to implement these designs across our systems and AI-driven operations.

You will decide where data is captured, how it connects with other systems, and how reporting informs improvements. This role spans every department, balancing individual journeys with overall deployment.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into measurement requirements for the analytics team.
• Understand data models, metrics design, reporting, and system integration to guide builds.
• Hold both individual and organizational (systems) perspectives to align with goals.
• Map employee journeys and workforce deployment against company objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure measurement stays aligned with operations.
• Partner with analytics teams to verify shipped work matches intent.

Responsibilities

• Define what the business needs to measure and translate that into clear requirements.

• Design reporting and data flows that feed AI systems to guide operations.
