Job summary

Xillium is seeking an Analytics Architect to define how we measure and monitor our workforce. You will own the design and requirements, guiding our Analytics team to implement data capture, reporting, and AI-enabled improvements across all departments.

You will balance the individual employee journey with the systemic view of deployment to company goals, working with multiple teams to ensure accurate, actionable metrics and reliable data flows.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into measurement requirements that a data team can execute.
• Demonstrate data literacy, including metrics design, reporting, and system integration.
• Show systems thinking across an organization, balancing individual and aggregate views.
• Map processes and define structured requirements for enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define business measurements needed for the workforce and translate them into concrete requirements for the Analytics team.
• Determine where and how data is captured across departments and how it connects to other systems.
• Design reporting and data-flows to feed AI systems for operational improvement.
• Map the individual employee journey and the systemic deployment against company goals.
• Collaborate across departments to keep measurement aligned with operations.
• Partner with Analytics through build to ensure delivered work matches intent.
