Job summary

Xillium is seeking an Analytics Architect to define how the company measures its workforce. You will own the design, specify requirements, and partner with our Analytics team to implement data collection, reporting, and integration with existing systems including AI components.

You will oversee both individual employee journeys and the broader deployment of people against business goals, working across all departments to ensure measurements stay aligned with operations and strategic outcomes.
