Job summary

FAST Logistics Group seeks a Warehouse Senior Manager to lead warehouse operations and drive strategic improvements across storage, inventory, and distribution. You will manage budgets, optimize processes, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of senior warehousing experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, enabling high productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields listed, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Senior managerial or leadership experience in warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse/distribution processes.
• Experience in strategic planning, people and operational management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with KPI management, budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Office applications.
