Job summary

FAST Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. You will optimize space, monitor performance, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement while leading warehouse supervisors and coordinating with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in warehouse/logistics, strong knowledge of 5S and FIFO/FEFO, and proficiency with WMS/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with managerial experience.
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and team management.
• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse safety, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, and the proper handling of goods. The role ensures that warehouse activities are performed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

The Warehouse Manager will monitor operational performance, optimize warehouse space and resources, control costs, and implement process improvements to achieve productivity and service-level targets.

The position is also responsible for leading and developing warehouse supervisors and personnel, managing manpower allocation and schedules, and ensuring proper coordination with Operations, Transport, Inventory, and other departments. The Warehouse Manager will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate operational discrepancies, address safety and quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a safe, organized, productive, and cost-effective warehouse operation.
