Job summary

FAST Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. You will optimize space, monitor performance, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement while leading warehouse supervisors and coordinating with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in warehouse/logistics, strong knowledge of 5S and FIFO/FEFO, and proficiency with WMS/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with managerial experience.
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and team management.
• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse safety, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, and proper handling of goods.
• Monitor performance, optimize space and resources, control costs, and implement process improvements.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and personnel; manage manpower allocation and schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Inventory, and other departments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; address safety and quality concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure a safe, organized, productive, and cost-effective warehouse operation.
