Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or vendor governance.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, enterprise resource planning software (like SAP), and vendor management platforms. Knowledge of process improvement (Kaizen).
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Onboarding & Data Management: Maintain accurate supplier records, manage master data in systems like SAP or Oracle, and guide new vendors through due diligence.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, build scorecards, and evaluate vendor SLA compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between internal teams and suppliers to resolve disputes or payment issues.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure vendor practices meet data protection regulations, policies, and standards.
