Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst – Vendor Performance to provide analytical, coordination, and administrative support across the end-to-end VPM cycle. You will help S&P teams manage data, platforms, communications, and reporting with accuracy and reliability.

Key duties include preparing vendor lists, configuring Jaggaer scorecards, tracking evaluation progress, and coordinating CAPs and post-scorecard summaries for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in procurement support, vendor management, or supplier performance coordination.
• Experience with Jaggaer or similar e-procurement platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Compile and validate annual vendor spend data to support scorecard confirmation.
• Create and configure scorecards in Jaggaer per defined templates and criteria.
• Monitor evaluation progress and manage follow-up communications with vendors.
• Prepare post-scorecard summaries and distribute to leadership.
• Coordinate SPM packs and logistics for vendor interactions.
