The role focuses on understanding Treasury Services offerings, managing client relationships, and ensuring risk and policy compliance. You will meet with clients (in-person or remotely), identify opportunities for service enhancements, and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and risk evaluation.
• Flexibility with working hours and use of virtual connectivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients.
• Advise clients with strategic consultation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify product/service gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical client plans.
• Recommend product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
• Meet with clients periodically in-person and remotely.
• Escalate and resolve day-to-day issues with internal partners.
• Advocate for clients and ensure risk/compliance adherence.
• Primary contact for existing clients on strategic issues.
