Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Finance Specialist - Cash Management, Credit and Trade to strengthen treasury operations.

You will manage daily cash positions, forecast liquidity, coordinate with banking partners, and oversee loan documentation to support continuous operations and informed decision-making. The role requires strong attention to detail, proven experience with corporate cash management and multiple banking relationships, and familiarity with automotive dealership groups.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in corporate cash management and liquidity planning.
• Loan documentation, borrowing and debt management.
• Bank facilities (credit lines, financing instruments, other non cash facilities, term loans).
• Cash flow forecasting and fund positioning.
• Experience handling multiple banking relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in automotive dealerships or groups with multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position to ensure sufficient funds for operational and business requirements.
• Operate payment processing to facilitate timely and accurate disbursement of obligations.
• Ensure funds are available to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Develop cash flow forecasts to improve liquidity planning and decision-making.
• Provide treasury reports to monitor cash utilization and financial performance.
• Monitor bank transactions for completeness and accuracy of records.
• Coordinate banking relationships to support efficient treasury services.
• Negotiate with banks to secure timely payments and minimize fees on loans.
• Provide timely issuance and documentation of credit instruments to ensure proper settlements.
• Monitor outstanding loan availment to ensure timely settlements across banks.
• Handle standby line of credit documentation for availment.
