Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in banking, treasury operations, liquidity and FX management.

Responsibilities

• Directs treasury front office and controls.
• Leads cash flow planning, forecasting, and interest rate management to hedge risk and maximize earnings.
• Monitors liquidity risk to ensure sufficient liquid assets to cover short-term liabilities.
• Manages funding sources including deposits and borrowing and handles cost of funds.
• Oversees daily cash flow and maintains relationships with counterparties for funding.
• Directs forex trading operations and develops strategies to manage currency exposure.
• Provides regular updates on liquidity and forex portfolio to Management and Board of Directors.
