Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Strategy & Business Management Lead to shape strategy and drive enterprise-wide transformation across our Retail organization. You will partner with senior executives, translate strategy into action, and deliver measurable business impact.

You will lead governance, performance management, budgeting, and planning activities, coordinating with global teams to align priorities and drive results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Strategy, Business Management, Transformation, Corporate Planning, COO, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Experience in business performance management, financial planning, portfolio governance, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, particularly with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Leading strategic planning, target setting, and business performance management.
• Driving productivity, efficiency, and transformation initiatives that create sustainable value.
• Steering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization activities.

• Leading governance forums, tracking key decisions, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model optimization.
• Leading a team of business management professionals focused on governance, performance management, strategic planning, and transformation coordination.
