Job summary

ING Manila invites a Strategy & Business Management Lead to drive strategic execution and governance across our Retail organization, partnering with senior stakeholders across countries and hubs to translate strategy into action.

You will shape planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and transformation initiatives, delivering executive-level presentations and decisions that accelerate value creation in a complex international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Strategy, Business Management, Transformation, Corporate Planning, COO, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Experience in business performance management, financial planning, portfolio governance, and executive reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, particularly with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
