Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–8 years in management consulting, investment banking or private equity.
• Knowledge of strategy and project management.
• Knowledge of financial statements analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of banking landscape in Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge in different business models for strategic partnership.
• Financial modelling, valuation and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

• Commercial negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units to execute strategy and deliver goals.
• Coordinate, report, and ensure on-time delivery of business unit goals.
• Drive cross-segment strategy and implementation.
• Implement and execute strategic initiatives as directed by management.
• Support Ayala Corp. and group companies in realizing synergies.
• Engage stakeholders to identify requirements, adjust plans and update timelines.
