Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an Innovation Officer to drive organizational transformation by leading and supporting strategic programs, aligning cross-functional efforts, and building capabilities across the enterprise.

You will coach teams in Agile, Lean, and Scrum; design and oversee CoE initiatives; partner with stakeholders; develop training with L&D; and foster continuous improvement to enable flexible, responsive operations in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 5 years in Transformation, Program/Project Management, Change Management.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Scrum.
• Six-Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in Agile Transformation and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of key milestones and results.
• Design, refine, and oversee innovation programs and projects while collaborating closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process transformation by conducting gap analyses, redesigning workflows, and implementing improved ways of working using Agile, Lean, and other frameworks.
• Coach teams and leaders to enhance collaboration, standardize practices, and effectively adopt Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Build organizational capabilities by developing and delivering training programs and partnering with L&D to strengthen innovation and transformation skills.
• Support organizational change initiatives and innovation roadmaps, helping embed continuous improvement and sustainable transformation across the business.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
