Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a seasoned strategy professional to coordinate across business units and implement senior-management directives in Makati. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years in management consulting, investment banking or private equity, with strong financial modelling and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–8 years in management consulting, investment banking or private equity.

• Coordinates with business units to execute/implement BPI's strategy and delivers strategic goals requested by senior management
• Coordinates, reports, and ensures on-time-delivery of business unit goals
• Horizontal Strategies: Drives results via cross-segment direction setting and strategy implementation
• Implements and executes strategic initiatives on specific topics as per management direction and request
• Supports Ayala Corp., and group companies in realizing synergies
• Engages with stakeholders to identify requirements, adjusts implementation plans and recalibrate timelines where necessary, and to provide updates

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
