Job summary

Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year telecom programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud and IT transformation. You will be accountable for program outcomes, customer satisfaction, and governance across vendors and executives.

You will drive on-time, on-budget delivery, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams. Requires 15+ years in telecom delivery and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in telecom delivery/management.
• 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with Tier-1 operators or large enterprise telecoms.
• Strong background in Core Network, 4G/5G, cloud-native platforms, OSS/BSS or IT transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large telecom programs across multiple domains.
• Establish program frameworks, governance, risk and financial controls.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and satisfaction targets.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery, technical and commercial risks.
• Communicate program status to executive stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee cutovers, migrations, go-lives and incident recovery.
• Own full program P&L, including forecasting and reporting.
• Manage contracts, change requests and commercial negotiations.
